DR.FIL (“Timuran Setia Industri KL Sdn Bhd”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides the services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The products displayed on the Sites can be ordered and delivered only within Malaysia. See the Delivery section of the Sites for more information regarding shipping. All prices displayed on the Sites are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit and are valid and effective only in Malaysia.
Use of the Sites is not meant to serve as a substitute for professional medical advice: these Sites are solely online stores for specialty shoe care products. Please consult with your own physician or health care practitioner regarding the use of any goods, products or information received from the Sites before using or relying on them. While DR.FIL has tried to display the colours of products accurately; the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor / smartphone and may not be accurate.
To be eligible to purchase goods on this Site and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Site under English law you must: (a) be aged 18 or older; and (b) register on the Site; and (c) be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.

You may pay using credit/debit card. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Our Site contains areas where you can submit information to us (such as our registration service), and we also have features (such as cookies and performance tracking technology) that automatically collect information from the visitors to our Site. During the registration process, you must provide us with a password, your name, address and a valid email address. It is your responsibility to keep your password strictly confidential.

Return & Refund Policy
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. E-Commerce Offline Center (eCOC) will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 3-5 days after the confirmation.
